Mr. W.L Sithole is the managing director has worked as Civil Engineering Technician in Consulting firms and Construction companies, who has successfully supervised and managed small to medium projects. He has been involved with Variety of civil and structural and commercial projects. These projects included roads and stormwater, mixed used residential buildings and a variety of concrete water Retaining structures. Lawrence is capable of supervising and managing the civil and structural department whilst remaining hands-on in coordination of work.
We are aiming to employ our full time staff from 17 to at least 40 employees by year 2024,any
additional staff required presently is supplemented by contracted workers be hired on a temporary
and sub-contracting basis in order to keep labour cost low. This is also strategically done to ensure
that our meagre cash flows are not diminished.

them to ensure best results, practice and service to our client.
ADDRESSING PROJECT MANAGEMENT ISSUES
In modern business environment companies have embraced the

using latest tools of project management (PM). We will thus make use of these PM tools and methodology
presented to you in all the projects that would be awarded by
your company. Our aim is to ensure the following:
- That Projects are delivered within specified contractual time
frame using the project plan (program).
- Performed within contractual budgeted cost control.
- Occupational safety issues to prevent or reduce accidents during project execution.
- We will strive to continuously improve performance output.
- Our quality plan is always in place and can be presented on request.
Issues of both safety and health will be of paramount importance to both FUMMY's principals and operational level personnel. Our organization will seek to embrace laid down rules, procedures and standards in accordance to with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 1996. Safety Risk Assessment will be conducted on all projects. During projects execution, near misses, minor and fatal will be recorded and appropriate action will avoid recurrence of the problems encountered.
Our vision is to grow this business organically and also by committing ourselves to the transfer/training of our employees so as to acquire business-related skills.
